About the flat

Bright third-floor flat on a quiet stretch of Carrer de Verdi, two minutes from Fontana metro (L3). The free room is about 12 m², faces the inner courtyard so it's quiet at night, and gets the morning sun. You'd share with me (Jane, a UX designer) and Marc, a teacher. We're friendly but calm: we cook together once or twice a week, have the odd board game night, and keep weeknights quiet. Cleaning is on a weekly rota, and shared basics come out of a €10 monthly kitty. Bills are split equally. The contract is with the landlord, the deposit is one month and is lodged with INCASÒL.
